High-achieving professional? Recovering from divorce? In a new relationship?

You take math classes and English classes, but no one teaches you how to love well.So most of us stumble through relationships, repeating patterns we don’t fully understand, wondering why connection feels harder than it should. At Big Feel Coaching, we teach the skills no one ever handed you—how to communicate clearly, handle conflict without destruction, and build intimacy that actually lasts. Not just to have a relationship.
But to thrive in one.

Hi, I’m John (they/them).I’ve spent my adult life learning how to navigate the complexity of connection—the joy, the rupture, the vulnerability it takes to let someone really see you.I help individuals and couples build healthier communication, deeper intimacy, and relationships that don’t just look good from the outside, but actually feel good on the inside.I’m a certified Gottman Leader, grounded in relationship research, and a certified sex therapy practitioner. My goal is to provide a safe space where you can access your emotional depth, find your authentic voice, and show up with courage. We’ll laugh. We’ll get honest. We’ll make some goals and figure out how to get there together.
